    Burkānu nomizo, sagriež gareniski uz pusēm un tad plānās šķēlītēs, nomizotu kartupeli – kubiņos. Nomizo un sīki sagriež sīpolu. Gailenes notīra, ja nepieciešams (nemazgā, bet nokasa ar nazi netīrumus vai apslauka sēnes ar mitru salveti vai marlīti), lielākās sagriež. Eļļā apcep koriandru un sīpolu, tad – burkānu.
